- In order to review, process, and potentially publish your work in accordance with recognised publishing standards, AJARPP will require the following details if you wish to submit a manuscript or other research output for review or for posting on our websites: your name, title, phone number, email address, institution, department, address, and/or payment information. To help us identify and get in touch with you, you may voluntarily give us extra details like your preferred name, degree, middle name, secondary phone number, location, and areas of interest or expertise. If you wish to be considered as an editor or reviewer, we will request the same information, with the exception of credit card or other payment details.
- In order to identify you at sign-in and manage your account, we will collect and save your username and password if you register on AJARPP.

If you are an editor or reviewer, we use your personal information to get in touch with you regarding your current or prospective role as such, to request and facilitate your review and handling of manuscripts, and to keep you informed about AJARPP news and developments that may have an impact on your work with us.
To give you a positive experience, we will use information like your URL and cookies if you are just visiting the AJARPP website to read content.

If you send us a manuscript or other research material for possible publication, we will send one or more potential external/volunteer editors and reviewers the title and abstract of your work, without your personal information, to see if they are interested in reviewing it. We will send them your entire manuscript, along with any necessary revisions and pertinent feedback you have offered, if they consent to review your work. If your work is accepted for publication, we will disclose as much information as is reasonably required about you, your work, or other research findings.

Your personal information won't be sold or leased to outside parties. Waiver Policy
At AJARPP, we understand that some individuals and institutions may have limited funding for their research activities. As a result, we have instituted a waiver system to support such individuals and institutions when they choose to publish their manuscripts with us. Authors may apply for either of the following:
Waivers
A complete removal of the Manuscript Handling Fee.
Discounts
A reduction in the Manuscript Handling Fee.
